摘 要:目的:探讨分析对膝关节交叉韧带损伤患者采用MR(MR)及多层螺旋CT(MSCT)进行诊断的临床应用效果。方法:选取本院2019年9月-2020年12月收治的90例膝关节较韧带损伤患者为研究对象,全部患者均接受关节镜检查得到确诊,并将确诊结果设为金标准。同时,对患者分别采用MR及MSCT进行诊断,将诊断结果与金标准进行对比,从而确认对患者的诊断准确率。结果:MSCT的诊断准确率与金标准进行对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);MR的诊断准确率与金标准进行对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);MSCT的诊断结果与MR的诊断结果对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);MSCT与MR获取的患者膝关节前交叉韧带相关解剖数据比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);MSCT与MR获取的患者膝关节后交叉韧带相关解剖数据比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:根据本次研究的结果,可以确认对膝关节交叉韧带损伤患者采用MR及MSCT进行诊断的效果均比较理想,可以根据患者的实际情况,选择合适的诊断方式。Objective:To explore and analyze the clinical application of magnetic resonance(MR)and multi-slice spiral CT(MSCT)in the diagnosis of patients with knee joint cruciate ligament injury.Methods:90 patients with knee ligament injuries admitted to our hospital from September 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research subjects,all patients underwent arthroscopic examination and were diagnosed,with the diagnosis set as the gold standard.At the same time,MR and MSCT were used to diagnose the patients separately,and the diagnostic results were compared with the gold standard to confirm the diagnostic accuracy of the patients.Results:The diagnostic accuracy of MSCT was compared with the gold standard,and there was no significant difference(P>0.05).The diagnostic accuracy of MR was compared with the gold standard,and there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Comparison of diagnostic results between MSCT and MR,and there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Comparison of anatomical data related to the anterior cruciate ligament of the knee joint obtained from MSCT and MR in patients,there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Comparison of anatomical data related to the posterior cruciate ligament of the knee joint obtained by MSCT and MR in patients,there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Based on the results of this study,it can be confirmed that the use of MR and MSCT for the diagnosis of knee joint cruciate ligament injury patients is relatively ideal.Suitable diagnostic methods can be selected according to the actual situation of patients.
