摘 要:目的:探讨呼吸功能锻炼联合吹水训练在老年髋部骨折患者术后肺康复护理中的应用价值。方法:选择2020年4月-2023年1月于我院诊治的86例老年髋部骨折患者为研究对象,随机把患者分为吹水组与对照组,各43例。对照组采用常规呼吸功能锻炼护理,吹水组在对照组护理的基础上联合吹水训练,2组护理观察时间均为1个月,记录与观察2组的肺康复效果及并发症发生情况。结果:护理1个月后,2组第1 s用力呼气容积、第1 s用力呼气容积占用力肺活量比值、圣乔治呼吸问卷评分、峰值氧耗量、二氧化碳呼出量均较护理前升高,且吹水组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。吹水组并发症总发生率为4.66%,低于对照组的23.26%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:呼吸功能锻炼联合吹水训练应用于老年髋部骨折患者术后肺康复护理中,能提高患者肺功能及生活质量,还可改善峰值氧耗量、二氧化碳呼出量,降低并发症发生率。Objective:To explore the application value of respiratory function exercise combined with water blowing training in pulmonary rehabilitation nursing for elderly patients with hip fracture after Operation.Methods:86 elderly patients with hip fracture diagnosed and treated in our hospital from April 2020 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects.The patients were randomly divided into a water blowing group and a control group,with 43 cases in each group.The control group received routine respiratory exercise nursing,and the water blowing group received combined water blowing training based on the nursing of the control group.The nursing observation time of the two groups was 1 month.The pulmonary rehabilitation effect and complications of the two groups were recorded and observed.Results:After 1 month of nursing,the forced expiratory volume in the first second,the ratio of forced expiratory volume in the first second to forced vital capacity,the score of St.George’s breathing questionnaire,peak oxygen consumption and carbon dioxide exhaled volume in the 2 groups were higher than those before nursing,and the differences were statistically significant between two groups(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the water blowing group was 4.66%,which was lower than 23.26%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Respiratory function exercise combined with water blow training can improve lung function and quality of life of elderly patients after hip fracture.It can also improve peak oxygen consumption and carbon dioxide exhalation,and reduce the incidence of complications.
