整体康复护理对脑卒中导致偏瘫肢体肌痉挛恢复程度的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:分析整体康复护理对脑卒中导致偏瘫肢体痉挛恢复程度的应用价值。方法:选取2019年10月-2022年10月我院收治的58例脑卒中导致偏瘫肢体痉挛的患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为试验组与对比组,各29例。试验组接受整体康复护理,对比组接受常规护理,比较2组患者的肢体功能、运动功能、日常生活能力、神经功能及睡眠质量。结果:试验组患者治疗总有效率高于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者vett6级分级、Fugl-Meyer评分、Barthel指数均高于对比组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数评分均低于对比组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者并发症发生率低于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:整体康复护理应用于脑卒中导致偏瘫肢体痉挛患者,有助于其恢复程度的改善,获得了较为理想的护理效果。Objective:To analyze the application value of holistic rehabilitation nursing on the recovery degree of hemiplegic limb spasm caused by stroke.Methods:58 patients with hemiplegic limb spasm caused by stroke who were admitted to our hospital from October 2019 to October 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into an experimental group and a control group,with 29 cases in each group.The experimental group received holistic rehabilitation nursing,and the control group received routine nursing.The limb function,motor function,daily living ability,nerve function and sleep quality of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The vett6 grade,Fugl-Meyer score and Barthel index of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale score and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index score of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Holistic rehabilitation nursing applied to stroke patients with hemiplegic limb spasm can help to improve their recovery degree and achieve ideal nursing effect.
