摘 要:为提升化妆品中磨砂颗粒的定性检测效率,基于自研制的冲洗过滤装置,采用合适的分散溶剂对化妆品进行分散处理,提取目标磨砂颗粒,通过傅立叶变换红外光谱仪建立标准品光谱谱库,实现样品目标物筛查。通过考察分散溶剂、分散时间以及溶剂用量对分离效果的影响,结果表明:水剂类化妆品采用无水乙醇为分散溶剂,以10 mL的用量冲洗5 min,能够更好地分离出磨砂颗粒;油剂类化妆品采用正己烷作为分散溶剂,以15 mL的用量冲洗30 min,可实现磨砂颗粒的快速分离。方法简便、快捷、高效,可以实现对化妆品中磨砂成分的精准、快速筛查,为保证化妆品产品质量提供技术支撑。In order to improve the qualitative detection efficiency of scrub particles in cosmetics,this study was based on a self-developed washing and filtration device that used a suitable dispersion solvent to disperse cosmetics,extracted target scrub particles,and established a standard product spectral spectrum library by Fourier transform infrared spectrometer(FT-IR)to realize sample target screening.The effects of dispersing solvent,dispersing time and amount of solvent on the separation effect were investigated.The results showed that the scrub particles could be better separated by using anhydrous ethanol as dispersing solvent and rinsing at 10 mL for 5 min.Oil cosmetics use n-hexane as dispersing solvent,and rinse with 15 mL for 30 min,which can realize the rapid separation of scrub particles.The method is simple,fast and efficient,which can realize the accurate and rapid screening of the scrub ingredients in cosmetics,and provide technical support for ensuring the quality of cosmetics products.
