摘 要:本文利用微纳米气泡结合臭氧氧化技术处理含油污泥,考察不同因素对含油污泥除油效果的影响。结果表明:在臭氧质量浓度为30 mg/L,反应pH 8、温度45℃,处理50 min后,含油污泥除油效率可达95%以上。在此研究基础上,配合油泥清洗剂使用,对含油污泥处理后的含油率可降低至0.3%以下,该研究为含油污泥的修复提供了一种新思路。In this paper,oil-containing sludge was treated by micro-nano bubbles combined with ozone oxidation technology.The effects of different factors on the oil removal efficiency of oil-containing sludge were investigated.The results showed that at an ozone mass concentration of 30 mg/L,pH 8,temperature 45℃,and treatment for 50 minutes,the oil removal efficiency of oil-containing sludge could reach over 95%.On this basis,combined with the use of oil sludge cleaning agents,the oil content of treated oil-containing sludge can be reduced to below 0.3%.This study provides a new approach for the remediation of oil-containing sludge.
