摘　　要：轨道交通与城市发展相生相伴,越来越多经济发展占优势的城市开始尝试对新线车辆基地进行上盖开发,以此实现土地高效、复合化、集约化利用。从城市设计视角出发,结合城市负空间的基本逻辑,总结了上盖开发公共空间规划设计的四大关键因素:城市负空间的属性、骨架、节点、标志物。The rail transit develops accompanied by urban development.More and more economically advanced cities are beginning to explore the development of public spaces above the rail transit depot of a new line,aiming to achieve efficient,composite,and intensive land use.From an urban design perspective and combined with the basic logic of urban negative space,four key factors of urban negative space such as the attributes,framework,nodes,and landmarks in the planning and design of public space above rail transit depots are summarized.
