摘 要:轨道交通车辆基地等大型厂房多采用自然通风、全面通风与局部风扇相结合的通风方式。分析了轨道交通车辆段定修线一层岗位空调需求,采用数值计算方法分析了定修线一层平台的温度场和流场,提出了加强段和中间段组合送风方式的岗位空调方案,以及对应的送风参数,确定了空调风量、冷量等基本指标。经多方案比选,对侧墙、送风方式等敏感因素进行了分析,为车辆段定修线岗位空调设计提供了参考。Large factories such as rail transit depots often adopt a combination of natural ventilation,general ventilation,and local fans for air circulation.The air conditioning needs for the first-floor post of the maintenance line in the rail transit depot are analyzed.The numerical calculation methods are used to analyze the temperature field and flow field of the first-floor platform of the maintenance line.The post air conditioning scheme with a combination of reinforced and intermediate sections air supply methods and the corresponding air supply parameters are proposed.The basic indicators such as air conditioning air volume and cooling capacity are determined.After the scheme comparison,the sensitive factors such as sidewalls and air supply methods are analyzed,providing a reference for the design of post air conditioning of the maintenance line of the depot.
