摘　　要：随着上海轨道交通运营里程的增加,设施设备大修项目维修成本急剧上升。梳理了设施设备大修项目的特点,结合《申通地铁集团运营设施设备分类与编码规范》(Q/SD-WB-FBXX-1501—2022)、《城市轨道交通运营设施设备维护与更新改造规程导则(征求意见稿)》以及《上海市轨道交通工程预算定额》(SH A3-31—2016),对上海市轨道交通设施设备大修概算定额进行设施设备类别划分、子目开项,通过相近子目合并、价格差异较小子目合并步距及工序合并等原则对大修概算定额子目划分进行整理。With the increasing operational mileage of Shanghai Rail Transit,the maintenance cost of facility and equipment overhaul projects has increased sharply.The characteristics of facility and equipment overhaul projects are analyzed.According to the Shentong Metro Group Operation Facility and Equipment Classification and Coding Standards(Q/SD-WB-FB-XX-1501—2022),the Guidelines for Maintenance,Renovation,and Upgrading of Urban Rail Transit Operation Facilities and Equipment(Draft for Solicitation of Opinions),and the Shanghai Rail Transit Engineering Budget Norms(SHA3-31—2016),the budgetary norms for the overhaul of facilities and equipment in Shanghai Rail Transit are classified.The classification of budgetary norms for overhaul is organized through principles such as consolidation of similar sub-items,consolidation of sub-items with small price differences,and consolidation of the same process.
