某城区地温空调水资源利用监管的实践

摘　　要：文章旨在通过研究南阳中心城区地下水源热泵地温空调水资源利用情况及监管措施,为水行政主管部门加强对地温空调的水资源利用监管提供借鉴。这项强化水资源集约节约利用、促进地温空调良性运行的工作,是利国利民的惠民之策,也是落实习近平总书记关于节约用水“四水四定”重要指示的具体举措。This article aims to provide reference for the water administrative departments to strengthen the supervision of water resources utilization in geothermal air conditioning systems by studying the measures for ground-source heat pump utilization and supervision in Nanyang Central Urban District.The policy of enhancing the intensive and economical utilization of water resources and promoting the efficient operation of geothermal air conditioning is aimed at benefiting both the nation and its people.It also serves as a specific measure to implement the important instructions given by the General Secretary Xi Jinping on Four Waters and Four Definitions forwaterconservation.
