济平干渠工程对平阴县的影响

摘　　要：济平干渠工程是南水北调东线一期工程的重要组成部分,也是山东向胶东T字型调水干线的首段工程。济平干渠工程于2002年12月27日在平阴县开工建设,2005年12月底主体工程建成并试通水成功,2010年10月,通过了工程完工验收,是南水北调第一个开工建设、第一个完工验收并发挥效益的单项工程,自建成通水以来累计调水454 224.80万m3,在山东省水资源优化配置、防洪除涝减灾、改善生态环境等方面发挥了显著效益。文章通过济平干渠对平阴县有利和不利影响方面进行简要分析,对以后工程运行管理提出建议,便于济平干渠后续运行管理。Jiping main canal project constitutes an important part of the initial phase of the East Route within the South-to-North Water Diversion Project,serving as the the first section of the T-shaped water transfer main line connecting Shandong and Jiaodong.The construction of the Jiping main canal project started in Pingyin County on December 27th,2002.The main project was completed and successfully put into use by the end of December 2005.In October 2010,the project was completed and accepted.It is the first single project of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project to start construction,complete acceptance and bring benefits.Since its completion,a total of 4.542248 million m'of water has been transferred,playing a significant role in optimizing the allocation of water resources,flood control and reduction,as well as improving the ecological environment in Shandong Province.The paper provides a concise analysis of the positive and negative impacts of the Jiping Main Canal on Pingyin County,along with proposing recommendations for future project operation and management,aiming to facilitate subsequent operation and management of Jiping Main Canal.
