风险管理理论在公立医院搬迁管理中的应用

摘　　要：本文基于风险管理理论,通过风险识别、风险评估、风险决策、风险监控等环节,促进某三甲医院安全高效完成搬迁工作并保证搬迁后医院的正常运营。具体实施如下:成立搬迁领导小组,通过风险识别制定搬迁方案、进行全流程测试、开展搬迁演练,从人员、物资、信息、流程等方面进行风险评估,实施风险决策如完善人力资源配置、建立应急保障小组、调整科室搬迁方案等,通过护患沟通保障患者安全、科室每日安全自查、领导小组联合巡检等落实风险监控,分批次完成院内及跨院区搬迁工作。将风险管理理论应用于医院搬迁过程中,有助于提高医院的应急管理能力,实现患者的安全转运,保证搬迁工作高效完成。Based on risk management theory,through risk identification,assessment,decision and monitoring,the hospital was promoted to complete the relocation work safely and efficiently and to ensure the normal operation of the hospital after relocation.It included four links:risk identification,risk assessment,risk decision and risk monitoring.Specific implementation was as follows:establishing a relocation leading group,formulating relocation plans through risk identification,conducting whole-process testing,and carrying out relocation drills.Risk assessment was carried out from personnel,materials,information,process and other aspects,and risk decision-making implemented by improving human resource allocation,emergency support teams were established,and department relocation plans adjusted.The implementation of risk monitoring included nurse-patient communication to ensure patient safety,daily safety self-inspection of the department,and joint inspection of the leading group.We completed the intra-hospital and inter-hospital relocation work in batches.The application of risk management theory in the process of hospital relocation improved the emergency management ability of the hospital,realized the safe transfer of patients,and ensured the efficient completion of relocation work.
