摘　　要：骨关节炎(OA)是一种常见的慢性退行性关节疾病,表现为疼痛、肿胀、僵硬和功能障碍。膝骨关节炎(KOA)是最常见的骨关节炎类型。针刺因其操作简便且疗效明显,经济安全,易被患者接受而广泛应用。目前针刺治疗KOA的方法众多,常见可分为单一疗法和综合疗法。但针刺治疗KOA的作用机制研究数量较少且相对片面。Osteoarthritis(OA) is a common chronic degenerative joint disease characterized by pain,swelling,stiffness,and functional impairment.Knee osteoarthritis(KOA) is the most common type of OA.Acupuncture is widely used due to its simple operation,significant efficacy,cost-effectiveness,and safety,making it easily accepted by patients.Currently,there are numerous methods for acupuncture treatment of KOA,which can generally be divided into single therapy and comprehensive therapy.However,there are relatively few studies on the mechanism of action of acupuncture in treating KOA,and these studies are relatively limited in scope.
