摘　　要：苍龟探穴针法首见于明代徐凤所著的《金针赋》,为“飞经走气”四法之一,以“一退三进,钻剔四方”为技术关键,临床实践已经证实该针法的有效性和安全性,其具有常规针刺手法无法比拟的优势,广泛应用于运动系统、消化系统、神经系统、生殖系统、五官科类病症,疗效显著。本文对苍龟探穴针法的渊源、演变、临床应用规律、手法特色进行归纳总结,旨在深入探讨古典针法之精髓,以期为古典针法的进一步推广应用提供理论支撑。Canggui Tanxue(Turtle probing the cave) needling method was first seen in the Ming Dynasty,described by Xu Feng in the Ode to the Golden Needle(Jin Zhen Fu).It is one of the four therapy methods of “flying meridians and moving qi”,with the technical key being “one retreat,three advances,and chiseling in four directions”.Clinical practice has confirmed the effectiveness and safety of this acupuncture technique,demonstrating advantages unmatched by conventional acupuncture methods.It is widely applied in treating diseases of the musculoskeletal system,digestive system,nervous system,reproductive system,and sensory organs,with remarkable therapeutic effects.This article summarized the origins,evolution,clinical application patterns,and technical characteristics of the Canggui Tanxue needling method,aiming to deeply explore the essence of classical acupuncture methods and provide theoretical support for their further promotion and application.
