麻黄-桂枝药对治疗呼吸系统疾病的临床应用

摘　　要：麻黄是指麻黄科的草麻黄、中麻黄或木贼麻黄的草质茎部,桂枝是樟科植株肉桂的嫩枝。麻黄与桂枝均为解表中药,二者属于相须配伍。目前关于麻黄-桂枝药对的研究多集中于二药配伍的化学成分及作用机制,关于麻黄-桂枝药对的临床应用研究尚且较少,现将通过研究总结近年来麻黄、桂枝的相关文献,对麻黄与桂枝的药理作用、麻黄与桂枝的炮制方法与用量、麻黄与桂枝配伍的作用、含麻黄-桂枝药对的方剂在呼吸系统疾病中的临床应用这4个方面进行综述。Ephedrae Herba refers to the herbaceous stem of Ephedra sinica Stapf,E.intermedia Schrenk et C.A.Mey.,or E.equisetina Bge.from the Ephedraceae family,while Cinnamomi Ramulus refers to the young branch of Cinnamomum cassia Presl in the Lauraceae family.Both Ephedrae Herba and Cinnamomi Ramulus are Chinese medicines used to relieve exterior syndromes,and they are considered complementary when used together.Current research on the Ephedrae Herba-Cinnamomi Ramulus herbal pair mainly focuses on their chemical constituents and mechanisms of action,with fewer studies on their clinical applications.This study aimed to summarize recent literature on Ephedrae Herba and Cinnamomi Ramulus,covering pharmacological effects,processing methods and dosages,the effects of their combination,and the clinical application of formulas containing Ephedrae Herba-Cinnamomi Ramulus herbal pair in treating respiratory diseases.
