化学免疫分析结核γ-干扰素释放试验在肺结核诊断中的价值探究

摘  要:目的 分析化学免疫分析结核γ-干扰素释放试验在肺结核诊断中应用的价值。方法 选取2020年1月—2023年4月江苏省淮安市楚州中医院接受检查的109例疑似肺结核患者作为研究对象,全部研究对象均行结核菌素皮肤试验和化学免疫分析结核γ-干扰素释放试验,将抗酸染色试验的结果为金标准,比较两种检测方式在肺结核诊断中的应用结果及诊断效能。结果 结核γ-干扰素释放试验在肺结核诊断中真阳性例数多于结核菌素皮肤试验。化学免疫分析结核γ-干扰素释放试验的灵敏度(94.74%)和准确度(93.58%)高于结核菌素皮肤试验的84.21%、81.65%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.588,7.144,P均<0.05)。结论 在肺结核疾病诊断中,应用化学免疫分析结核γ-干扰素释放试验具有较高价值,诊断结果与金标准较为接近,诊断效能较高。Objective To analyze the value of tubercle interferon-gamma release assay chemiluminescence immunoas-say(TB-IGRA CLIA)in the diagnosis of tuberculosis.Methods A total of 109 patients with suspected pulmonary tu-berculosis who were examined in Chuzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Huai'an City,Jiangsu Province from January 2020 to April 2023 were selected as the study objects.All the subjects were subjected to tuberculin skin test and TB-IGRA CLIA.The results of acid-fast staining test were taken as the gold standard,and the application re-sults and diagnostic efficiency of the two detection methods in the diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis were compared.Results The number of true positive cases in tuberculosis diagnosis by TB-IGRA CLIA was more than that by tuber-culin skin test.The sensitivity(94.74%)and accuracy(93.58%)of TB-IGRA were higher than those of the tuberculin skin test(84.21%,81.65%),and the differences were statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.588,7.144,both P<0.05).Conclu-sion In the diagnosis of tuberculosis disease,the application of TB-IGRA has high value,the diagnostic results are close to the gold standard,and the diagnostic efficiency is high.
