聚普瑞锌联合奥美拉唑治疗消化性溃疡导致的上消化道出血的临床价值研究

摘　　要：目的 分析聚普瑞锌颗粒联合奥美拉唑对消化性溃疡导致的上消化道出血患者治疗效果和不良反应的影响。方法 选取2017年1月—2023年11月阜宁县人民医院消化内科收治的60例消化性溃疡导致上消化道出血患者为研究对象,采用信封法分为两组,每组30例。对照组单纯采用奥美拉唑治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合使用聚普瑞锌颗粒治疗。对比两组临床疗效、不良反应、症状积分。结果 观察组治疗总有效率(96.67%)高于对照组(73.33%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.706,P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率(6.67%)低于对照组(26.67%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.320,P<0.05)。观察组腹胀、腹痛、恶心呕吐症状积分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 聚普瑞锌+奥美拉唑联合用于消化性溃疡导致的上消化道出血患者治疗中,具有理想治疗作用,可以改善患者症状和预后状态,减少不良反应的发生。Objective To analyze the effect of Polaprezinc granule combined with omeprazole on upper gastrointesti-nal bleeding caused by peptic ulcer.Methods Sixty patients with upper digestive tract hemorrhage caused by peptic ulcer treated by the gastroenterology department of Funing County People's Hospital from January 2017 to November 2023 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into two groups by envelope method,with thirty cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with omeprazole alone,and patients in the observation group were treated with Polaprezinc granule combined with the control group.The clinical efficacy,adverse reactions and symptom scores were compared.Results The total effective rate of observation group was 96.67%,higher than 73.33%of control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.043,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group(6.67%)was lower than that in control group(26.67%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.706,P<0.05).The scores of abdominal distension,abdominal pain,nausea and vomiting in observation group were lower than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Polaprezinc granule combined with omeprazole in the treatment of patients with upper digestive tract bleeding caused by peptic ul-cer has an ideal therapeutic effect,improves the symptoms and prognosis of patients,avoids the incidence of adverse reactions.
