摘　　要：目的 分析高血压脑出血(Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage, HICH)治疗中选择常规开颅手术与微创钻孔引流术的价值。方法 选取汶上县人民医院于2021年1月—2023年6月收治的82例HICH患者为研究对象,依据随机数表法分为两组,每组41例。对照组采用常规开颅手术治疗,观察组采用微创钻孔引流术治疗。对比两组的手术、预后情况、并发症发生率。结果 观察组的手术指标和预后指标优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率(34.15%)低于对照组(58.54%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.904,P<0.05)。结论 为高血压脑出血患者提供微创钻孔引流术可减轻神经损伤程度,亦可缩短治疗及康复时间,提升整体疗效。Objective To analyze the value of choosing between routine craniotomy and minimally invasive trepana-tion and drainage in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage(HICH).Methods A total of eighty-two pa-tients with HICH treated in Wenshang County People's Hospital from January 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into two groups with forty-one cases in each group by random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional craniotomy,and the observation group was treated with minimally invasive trepanation and drainage.The operation,prognosis and complication rate of two groups were compared.Re-sults The surgical and prognostic indexes of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The complication rate of the observation group(34.15%)was lower than that of the control group(58.54%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.904,P<0.05).Conclusion Providing minimally invasive trepanation and drainage for hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage patients can reduce the degree of nerve damage,shorten the treatment and rehabilitation time,and improve the over-all curative effect.
