补肾活血方联合针刺治疗肱骨、胫骨骨折延迟愈合的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨补肾活血方联合针刺治疗肱骨、胫骨骨折延迟愈合的临床疗效.方法:选取该院 2021年 12月—2023年1月收治的62例肱骨、胫骨骨折术后延迟愈合患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各31例.对照组采用康复锻炼及阿法骨化醇胶囊口服治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用补肾活血方联合针刺治疗,2组均持续干预3个月.比较 2组骨折愈合程度、疼痛程度、骨代谢指标、临床疗效.结果:治疗 3个月后,观察组Fernandez-Esteve X线评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组VAS评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组ALP、BGP、BMP-2 指标均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组治疗总有效率为 96.87%,高于对照组的 84.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:采用补肾活血方联合针刺治疗肱骨、胫骨骨折术后延迟愈合患者,可改善骨代谢,有效促进骨痂生长,促进骨折愈合,为临床的应用提供参考.Objective:To explore the clinical effect of bushen Huoxue recipe combined with acupuncture on delayed healing of humerus and tibia fractures.Methods:62 patients with delayed healing after humerus and tibia fractures admitted to our hospital from December 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 31 cases in each group.The control group was treated with rehabilitation exercise and alfa calcitol capsule orally,and the observation group was treated with bushen Huoxue prescription combined with acupuncture on the basis of the control group.The intervention lasted for 3 months in both groups.The degree of fracture healing,pain,bone metabolism and clinical effect were compared between the two groups.Results:After 3 months of treatment,the Fernandez-Esteve X-ray score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The VAS score of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The indexes of ALP,BGP and BMP-2 in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.87%,higher than 84.33%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bushen Huoxue recipe combined with acupuncture can improve bone metabolism,effectively promote callus growth and fracture healing in the treatment of patients with delayed healing of humerus and tibia fractures after operation,and provide reference for clinical application.
