摘　　要：目的:分析改进型护理模式对小脑扁桃体下疝致脊髓空洞症微创手术患者的临床护理价值.方法:筛选2019年10月—2022年10月于我院接受治疗的84例小脑扁桃体下疝致脊髓空洞症患者为研究对象,根据护理模式差异分为对照组和试验组,每组42例.对照组采取常规护理模式,试验组采取改进型护理模式.对比2组的并发症发生率、疼痛评分、焦虑抑郁评分、住院时长及患者依从评分.结果:试验组患者并发症发生率、SAS、SDS、VAS评分均低于对照组,平均住院时长短于对照组,护理依从评分高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:改进型护理模式相应护理内容更具针对性,其应用于小脑扁桃体下疝致脊髓空洞症微创手术患者能够显著提升护理质量.Objective:To analysis of the clinical nursing value of an improved nursing model for minimally invasive surgery patients with spinal cord herniation caused by cerebellar tonsil hernia.Methods:84 patients with spinal cord herniation caused by cerebellar tonsil hernia who received treatment in our hospital from October 2019 to October 2022 were selected as the study subjects,divided into a control group and an experimental group based on differences in nursing modes,with 42 cases in each group.The control group adopts conventional nursing mode,while the experimental group adopts improved nursing mode.The incidence of complications,pain scores,anxiety and depression scores,length of hospital stay,and patient compliance scores between two groups were compared.Results:The incidence of complications,SAS,SDS,and VAS scores in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the average length of hospital stay was longer than that in the control group.The nursing compliance score was higher than that in the control group,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The corresponding nursing content of the improved nursing model is more targeted,and its application in minimally invasive surgery for spinal cord herniation caused by cerebellar tonsil hernia can significantly improve the quality of nursing care.
