损伤控制性手术在胰腺外伤中的应用价值分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨胰腺外伤患者行损伤控制性手术的治疗效果.方法:选取本院2018年7月-2021年7月收治的78例胰腺外伤患者为研究对象,采用"双盲法"将其分为传统组与控制组,各39例.传统组采用胰腺部分切除术,控制组采用损伤控制性手术.比较2组患者的临床疗效、临床指标、疼痛程度及并发症发生情况.结果:术后,控制组手术、住院时间均短于传统组,疼痛视觉模拟评分低于传统组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).控制组治疗总有效率为97.44%,高于传统组的82.05%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).控制组并发症发生率为5.13%,低于传统组的25.64%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:损伤控制性手术治疗胰腺外伤可提高治疗效果,减少并发症,降低疼痛程度.Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of damage control surgery in patients with pancreatic trauma.Methods:Seventy-eight patients with pancreatic trauma admitted to our hospital from July 2018 to July 2021 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a traditional group and a control group by double-blind method,with 39 cases in each group.Partial pancreatectomy was performed in the traditional group and damage control surgery was performed in the control group.The clinical efficacy,clinical indexes,pain degree and complications were compared between the two groups.Results:After surgery,the operation and hospital stay time of the control group were shorter than those of the traditional group,and the pain of Visual Analogue Scale score was lower than that of the traditional group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the control group was 97.44%,which was higher than 82.05%of the traditional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total complication rate in the control group was 5.13%,which was lower than 25.64%in the traditional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Damage control surgery for pancreatic trauma can improve the surgical effect and reduce complications,reduce the degree of pain.
