摘　　要：体外膜肺氧合(ECMO)被广泛应用于呼吸衰竭或(和)循环衰竭的救治。近年来,ECMO应用于气道手术的报道越来越多,总体并发症较小,取得了比较好的治疗效果,为此类患者的处理提供了新的思路,本文从适应证、应用时机、模式选择、抗凝管理、并发症等方面对ECMO用于气道手术的研究进展做一综述。Extracorporeal membrane oxygenation(ECMO)is widely used in the treatment of respiratory failure or(and)circulatory failure.In recent years,there are increasing reports on the application of ECMO in airway surgery,with overall relatively low complications and good outcomes,providing a new way for the management of such patients.This article reviews the research progress of ECMO in airway surgery from the aspects of indications,using time,mode selection,anticoagulant management,and complications.
