摘 要:肌腱病是一种由于反复牵拉而导致的慢性损伤性疾病,近年来患病率持续上升,严重影响患者生活质量并造成相当大的社会经济负担。肌腱病的病因和发病机制仍无定论,以现有方法治疗仍无法快速治愈,因此为了研究发病过程中的病理改变及探索治疗方法,必须构造良好的疾病模型,尤其是在体动物模型。本文综述了肌腱病的近期研究成果和多种造模方式的优缺点,介绍动物模型的应用和进展。Tendinopathy is a chronic injury disease caused by repetitive straining,the prevalence of which has continued to rise in recent years,seriously affecting the quality of life of patients and causing a considerable socioeconomic burden.The etiology and pathogenesis of tendinopathy are still inconclusive,and the existing treatments are still unable to cure it rapidly.Therefore,in order to study the pathological changes during the pathogenesis and explore the therapeutic methods,it is necessary to construct a good disease model,especially an in vivo animal model.In this paper,we review the recent research results of tendinopathy and the advantages and disadvantages of various modeling modalities,focusing on the application and progress of animal models,with the aim of providing a more accurate reference on modeling for future tendinopathy research.
