摘 要:为保障武术运动员取得优异竞赛成绩的个性特质培养顺利实现,运用文献研究、专家访谈和逻辑分析等方法,对传统武术中的育人观念与现代运动训练的心理训练进行对比,寻找两者之间的共性和联系,找出其教育的特异性,凸显其独特价值,对武术运动员个性特质培养的教育基础、相关素质和能力的教学特征进行分析,对中国武术文化传统在武术运动员个性特质发展的教育、潜力与武术运动员人格素质形成的结构内容特征进行探究,挖掘中国武术文化传统的教育潜力,淬炼出对武术运动员取得优异竞赛成绩的个性培养特质,服务于文化自信和民族伟大复兴需要。研究认为:1)中国武术文化传统“尚勇”教育,能够促进武术运动员坚强意志的人格素质形成。2)中国武术文化传统“立志”教育,能够促进武术运动员抗压、自律、自觉的人格素质形成。3)中国武术文化传统“修身”教育,能够促进武术运动员自我控制人格素质的形成。In order to ensure the smooth cultivation of personality traits of Wushu athletes in achieving excellent competition results,this paper compares the concept of educating people in traditional martial arts with the psychological training of modern sports training through methods such as literature review,expert interviews,and logical analysis.It aims to find the commonalities and connections between them,identify their specific educational characteristics,and highlight their unique value.The study analyzes their educational foundation for cultivating personality traits of Wushu athletes,as well as the teaching characteristics of related qualities and abilities.It explores the educational potential of the traditional Chinese martial arts culture in the development of personality traits of Wushu athletes,the structural content characteristics of the formation of personality qualities of Wushu athletes,and taps into the educational potential of the traditional Chinese Wushu culture.It aims to refine the personality traits that help Wushu athletes achieve outstanding competition results,and serve the needs of cultural self-confidence and the great rejuvenation of the nation.The research holds that:1)The education of"Shang Yong(Worshiping Bravery)"in Chinese Wushu culture can promote the formation of Wushu athletes'strong will;2)The education of""Li Zhi(Setting up one's aspiration)"in Chinese Wushu culture can promote the formation of Wushu athletes'personality qualities of resilience,self-discipline,and self-awareness;3)The traditional"self-cultivation"education of Chinese Wushu culture can promote the formation of Wushu athletes'personality quality of self-control.
