摘 要:近年来磁性固相萃取(MSPE)技术在法庭科学毒物分析领域得到了广泛应用。作为吸附剂的磁性纳米材料是磁性固相萃取技术的核心,其在富集过程中可直接分散于样本溶液,并在外加磁场的作用下快速分离收集目标物;通过加大目标物与吸附剂之间的接触面积可以提高萃取效率。本文介绍了近年来多种功能化材料修饰的Fe_(3)O_(4)磁性固相萃取吸附剂在法庭科学毒物分析前处理中的应用,并对磁性固相萃取吸附剂的未来发展方向进行了展望,以期为法庭科学领域开展相关检验研究提供参考。In recent years,magnetic solid phase extraction(MSPE)has been rapidly developed and widely applied in the analysis of toxicants in the field of forensic science.Magnetic nanomaterials as adsorbents are the core of MSPE technology.During the process of enrichment,they can be directly dispersed in the sample solutions,quickly separating and collecting under the external magnetic field.The extraction efficiency can be improved by increasing the contact area between the target substance and the adsorbent.In order to provide a reference for the relevant laboratory research in the field of forensic science,the applications of Fe_(3)O_(4) MSPE adsorbents modified with various functionalized materials in the toxicological analysis of forensic science in recent years were introduced.Moreover,the future development direction of MSPE adsorbents was also prospected.
