摘 要:医疗及养殖业中抗生素的过量使用给生态环境和人类健康带来了严重危害。与传统的色谱及光谱检测方法相比,适配体生物传感技术作为一种较为新颖的检测方法备受青睐和关注,特别是比色法具有简单、灵敏、快速、可视化等诸多优势,被广泛用于抗生素检测。本文介绍了适配体的概念、比色法传感原理,重点综述了近年来不同种类抗生素比色法适配体生物传感器的研究进展,并对比色适配体传感器的发展趋势进行了展望。The overuse of antibiotics in the medical and breeding industries has brought serious harm to the ecological environment and human health.Compared with the traditional chromatographic and spectral methods,the aptamer biosensing technology,as a novel detection method,has attracted much attentions.In particular,colorimetric method has many advantages such as simplicity,sensitivity,rapidity and visualization.Therefore,the colorimetric aptamer biosensing technology has been widely used for antibiotic detection.This paper first discusses the concept of aptamer and sensing principle,and then focuses on the recent progress of different kinds of antibiotic colorimetric aptamer biosensors.Finally,the development trend of color aptamer sensors are prospected.
