摘  要:目的 了解HIV感染者使用采血机器人采血的体验及需求,探索采血机器人应用在HIV感染者随访门诊的障碍及促进因素。方法 采用描述性质性研究方法,以目的抽样法选取2023年6月深圳市第三人民医院18个应用采血机器人采血的HIV感染者为研究对象,对患者进行半结构式访谈,根据内容分析法对资料进行分析并提炼主题。结果 18名访谈对象中,男性17例;年龄22~50岁;疼痛评分为0~6分;采血时长为168~251 s;满意17人。障碍因素3个:患者缺乏采血机器人相关知识、人-机-环交互不流畅、人文关怀缺失。促进因素3个:HIV感染者感知益处、感知歧视、应用场景可推广。结论 未来可以提高HIV感染者对采血机器人技术认知、提升采血机器人硬件及功能设计,提升采血机器人感受体验,促使患者积极参与采血机器人采血决策。Objective This study aims to explore the experiences and needs of HIV-infected individuals regarding the use of blood collection robots,as well as to identify the obstacles and promoting factors to the implementation of blood collection robots in HIV follow-up clinics.Methods A descriptive qualitative research approach was employed.A purposive sampling method was used to select 18 HIV-infected patients who had undergone robotic blood collection at the Shenzhen Third People's Hospital in June 2023.Semi-structured interviews were conducted with the participants,and content analysis was performed to analyze and extract key themes from the data.Results Among the 18 interviewees,17 were male and aged between 22 and 50 years old.Their pain scores ranged from 0 to 6,and the blood collection duration varied from 168 to 251 seconds.Overall,17 participants were satisfied.Three obstacles were identified as limited knowledge among patients regarding blood collection robots,poor human-machine-environment interactions,and a lack of humanistic care.Three facilitators were identified as perceived benefits of using blood collection robots among HIVinfected individuals,awareness of discrimination,and the potential for broader application scenarios.Conclusions Future efforts should focus on improving HIV-infected individuals'understanding of blood collection robots,enhancing the hardware and functional design of such robots,improving the overall user experience,and encouraging patients to actively participate in decisions regarding the use of blood collection robots.
