双醋瑞因胶囊联合注射透明质酸钠对膝骨性关节炎患者膝关节功能恢复的影响

摘　　要：目的分析双醋瑞因胶囊联合注射透明质酸钠对膝骨性关节炎患者膝关节功能恢复的影响。方法选取2022年8月至2023年8月在我院治疗的膝骨性关节炎172例患者作为研究对象,随机数字表法将研究对象分为联合组/注射组。注射组采用注射透明质酸钠治疗,联合组使用双醋瑞因胶囊联合注射透明质酸钠治疗,均在治疗前与治疗后1个月对比相关指标,检测炎症因子、骨代谢指标;关节活动度、膝关节功能评分[HSS评分、Lysholm评分]及不良反应发生率、临床疗效。结果联合组治疗总有效率高于注射组(P<0.05);联合组经协方差分析,IL-1β、TNF-α水平低于注射组,联合组经协方差分析,BGP、OPG水平、关节活动度及HSS评分、Lysholm评分高于注射组(P<0.05)。结论通过比较治疗前后患者膝关节功能等相关水平结果变化,进行统计分析,得出结论为双醋瑞因胶囊联合注射透明质酸钠治疗膝骨性关节炎具有显著的治疗效果,有效改善膝关节功能。但本文研究仍存在不足之处,应纳入多中心研究对象并扩大病例来源范围,以证实本文研究的准确性。Objective To analyze the effect of Diacerein Capsules combined with sodium hyaluronate injection on knee functional recovery in patients with knee osteoarthritis.Methods A total of 172 patients with knee osteoarthritis treated in our hospital from August 2022 to August 2023 were selected as study subjects,and all subjects were divided into combination group and injection group by random numbers table.The injection group was treated with sodium hyaluronate injection,and the combination group was treated with Diacerein Capsules combined with sodium hyaluronate injection.The related indicators including inflammatory factors,bone metabolism;joint mobility,knee function score[HSS score,Lysholm score],incidence of adverse reactions and clinical efficacy were compared before treatment and 1 month after treatment.Results The total response rate of combination group was higher than that of the injection group(P<0.05).In the combination group,IL-1β and TNF-α levels were lower than those of the injection group,and BGP,OPG levels,joint mobility,HSS score and Lysholm score were higher than those of the injection group(P<0.05).Conclusion By comparing the results of knee function before and after treatment,statistical analysis concluded that Diacerein Capsules combined with sodium hyaluronate injection has significant therapeutic effect and can effectively improve knee function.However,the study should be further includes multicenter study subjects and expand the source range of cases to confirm the accuracy.
