摘 要:目的观察充气式保温毯联合输液加温加压仪在肿瘤患者全麻恢复期的应用效果。方法选取在我院行全麻下肿瘤根治术的患者80例,根据随机数字法分为对照组及研究组,每组各40例。对照组采用常规保温措施,研究组加用充气式保温毯结合输液加温加压仪的综合保温措施。比较两组患者诱导前(T_(1))、手术开始后1 h(T_(2))、手术结束(T_(3))、离开PACU前10 min(T_(4))的鼻咽温度,比较两组患者凝血功能的变化、拔管时间、PACU滞留时间以及不良反应发生的情况。结果对照组T_(2)~T_(4)时鼻咽温度明显比T_(1)低(P<0.05);研究组不同时间点体温相比,无显著差异(P>0.05),T_(2)~T_(4)点鼻咽温度高于对照组(P<0.05)。对照组术后的APTT、PT时间明显延长(P<0.05);研究组术前术后APTT、PT时间相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后APTT、PT时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的拔管时间、PACU滞留时间比对照组短,不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论充气式保温毯联合输液加温加压仪,可有效维持全麻下肿瘤患者的体温恒定,改善凝血功能,缩短复苏时间,减少术后不良反应的发生率,提高苏醒质量。Objective To observe the application effect of inflatable thermal blanket combined with infusion heating and pressurizing instrument in the recovery period of tumor patients under general anesthesia.Methods 80 patients who underwent radical tumor surgery under general anesthesia in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and study group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was adopted with conventional thermal insulation measures,while the research group was added with the comprehensive thermal insulation measures of inflatable thermal insulation blanket combined with infusion heating and pressurizing instrument.The nasopharyngeal temperature before induction(T_(1)),1 hour after operation(T_(2)),at the end of operation(T_(3))and 10 minutes before leaving PACU(T_(4))were compared between the two groups,and the changes of coagulation function,extubation time,PACU retention time and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The nasopharyngeal temperature in the control group was significantly lower at T_(2)~T_(4) than at T_(1)(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in body temperature between the study group and the control group at different time points(P>0.05),and the nasopharyngeal temperature at T_(2)~T_(4) was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).In the control group,the postoperative APTT and PT time were significantly prolonged(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the APTT and PT time before and after operation in the study group(P>0.05),and the APTT and PT time after operation was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The extubation time and PACU retention time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Inflatable thermal blanket combined with infusion heating and pressurizing instrument can effectively maintain the body temperature of tumor patients under general anesthesia,improve blood coagulation
