摘　　要：文章基于博弈论的视角,探讨了政府招商引资和企业战略投资的相关经济问题。招商引资和战略投资对于促进经济增长和提升企业竞争力至关重要。文章回顾了招商引资和战略投资的概念以及博弈论在经济学中的应用。建立了招商引资和战略投资的博弈模型,探讨了博弈论在分析这些过程中的作用。通过设定实证模型参数,进行数据分析和结果呈现,并对结果进行了讨论与解释。总结了研究发现,提出了招商引资和战略投资管理实践的建议,讨论了研究的局限性和未来方向,旨在为招商引资和战略投资决策提供理论支持和管理启示。Based on the perspective of Game Theory,this article explores the economic issues related to government investment attraction and corporate strategic investment.Attracting investment and strategic investment are crucial for promoting economic growth and enhancing corporate competitiveness.The article reviews the concepts of investment attraction and strategic investment,as well as the application of Game Theory in economics.We established a game model for investment attraction and strategic investment,and explored the role of Game Theory in analyzing these processes.By setting empirical model parameters,data analysis and result presentation were conducted,and the results were discussed and explained.Finally,the research findings were summarized,and suggestions for investment promotion and strategic investment management practices were proposed.The limitations and future directions of the research were discussed,aiming to provide theoretical support and management insights for investment promotion and strategic investment decision-making.
