摘 要:绩效考核信息化是一种新型的管理方式,可以帮助企业更好地管理和控制业务流程,提高工作效率和质量。在特种设备检验检测行业的管理中,绩效考核信息化可以帮助单位运用信息化技术构建绩效管理考核系统。文章以江苏省特种设备安全监督检验研究院为例,探讨了绩效考核信息化在特种设备行业管理过程中的实践与应用,旨在为特种设备行业管理者提供有益的参考,帮助他们更好地理解和应用绩效考核信息化,提高单位管理水平和竞争力。Performance appraisal informatization is a novel management approach that helps businesses enhance process control,work efficiency,and quality.In the special equipment industry,the application of performance appraisal informatization aids in better managing and controlling the production,sales,and utilization of special equipment,thereby improving safety and reliability.This paper takes Special Equipment Safety Supervision Inspection Institute of Jiangsu Province as an example,exploring the practical implementation and application of performance appraisal informatization in the management process of the special equipment industry,to provide valuable insights for industry managers,assisting them in understanding and effectively applying performance appraisal informatization to elevate their organizational management and competitiveness.
