摘　　要：文章以用户知识管理为基础设计实施知识管理过程的资源建设新实践,通过寻找知识服务对象、搭建知识服务平台,以知识获取、知识存储、知识应用、知识转移和知识分享为目标,整合用户知识管理与资源建设具体过程,构建基于用户知识管理的资源建设模型,为文献资源建设与服务提供新视角。将用户知识管理与文献资源建设相结合,发挥二者优势,并将这种积极效应应用到图书馆信息资源服务中,助力图书馆资源建设与服务创新。Based on user knowledge management,this paper designs and implements a new practice of resource construction in the process of knowledge management.By looking for knowledge service objects,building a knowledge service platform,aiming at knowledge acquisition,knowledge storage,knowledge application,knowledge transfer and knowledge sharing,this paper integrates the specific processes of user knowledge management and resource construction,and and service.Combining user knowledge management with literature resources construction,giving full play to their advantages,and applying this positive effect to library information resources service will help library resources construction and service innovation.
