摘　　要：针对刮板转载机输送铝土矿石存在磨蚀严重、故障率高、链条刮板更换频繁、检修困难等问题,研制出了带式转载机。介绍了带式转载机的抗磨蚀原理、结构和需解决的问题,以及在综采工作面转载运输中的应用实况和效果,认为带式转载机可提升矿石产量,节约设备检修费用,降低生产成本,提高经济效益,值得推广。Given the problems of severe abrasion,high failure rate,frequent replacement of chain scrapers and maintenance difficulty of scraper transfer conveyors in conveying bauxite ore,the belt transfer conveyor has been developed.The abrasion-resisting mechanism,construction and issues are presen-ted to be addressed of the belt transfer conveyor,as well as its application and performance in the transfer conveying at the fully mechanized mining work face.It is concluded that the belt transfer conveyor can increase ore production,save equipment maintenance cost,reduce operating cost,improve eco-nomic benefits,and is worthy of promotion.
