摘  要:磷石膏中含有大量的有机质及磷、氟、二氧化硅等无机杂质,限制了其应用范围。针对磷石膏的品质问题,采用旋流—静态微泡浮选工艺进行提质净化中试研究。中试结果表明:浮选后得到的精矿中w(CaSO_(4)·2H_(2)O)≥97%,w(SiO_(2))≤0.8%,精矿产率稳定在65%~80%,可溶性磷和氟的浓度大幅度降低,精矿白度得到提高,提质净化效果良好。Phosphogypsum contains a large amount of organic matter and inorganic impurities such as phosphorus,fluorine,and silicon dioxide,which limits its application range.In order to solve the quality problem of phosphogypsum,a pilot study on quality improvement and purification is conducted using a cyclonic-static micro-bubble flotation process.The pilot test results show that the concentrate obtained after flotation has w(CaSO_(4)·2H_(2)O)≥97%,w(SiO_(2))≤0.8%,the concentrate yield is stable at 65%~80%,the concentration of soluble phosphorus and fluorine is greatly reduced,the white-ness of the concentrate is improved,and the quality improvement and purification effect is good.
