摘  要:核电厂棒位探测器是检测核反应堆控制棒状态的重要设备,对棒位探测器进行定期检测是核电厂运维工作中的关键环节,然而现场棒位探测器数量较多,通过人工手动进行检测费时费力且存在“人因”失误风险。该文详细介绍了一种棒位探测器自动检测装置,装置包含主控模块、电源系统、线圈电阻测量模块、绝缘电阻测量模块、信号切换阵列等模块,可同时自动完成3个棒位探测器的测试。测试表明,利用自动检测装置进行检测,检测误差对比高精度万用表在1%以内,检测效率提升50%以上。The rod position detector in nuclear power plants is an important equipment for detecting the status of control rods in nuclear reactors.Regular inspection of rod position detectors is a key link in the operation and maintenance of nuclear power plants.However,there are a large number of on-site rod position detectors,which are time-consuming and laborious to manually detect,and there is a risk of human error.This article provides a detailed introduction to an automatic detection device for rod position detectors,which includes a main control module,a power system,a coil resistance measurement module,an insulation resistance measurement module,a signal switching array,and other modules.The device can automatically complete the testing of three rod position detectors simultaneously.Tests have shown that using an automatic detection device for detection results in a detection error of less than 1%compared to a high-precision multimeter,and the detection efficiency is improved by more than 50%.
