一种复方硫酸头孢喹肟注射液的制备及应用

摘　　要：筛选制备一种由2.5%硫酸头孢喹肟与0.25%硫酸粘菌素两种药物组成的复方硫酸头孢喹肟注射液,其优先配方为(制备1000 mL):硫酸头孢喹肟25 g,硫酸粘菌素2.5 g,聚维酮K30为10 g,维生素E油3 g,枸橼酸钠30 g,油酸乙酯965 mL。制备所得的混悬型注射剂分散性、流动性好,不易沉降,不堵针头,效果佳,便于临床使用。Screening and preparation of a compound cefuroxime sulfate injection composed of 2.5%cefuroxime sulfate and 0.25%colistin sulfate,the preferred formula is(prepare 1000 mL):25 g cefuroxime sulfate,2.5 g colistin sulfate,10 g povidone K30,3 g vitamin E oil,30 g sodium citrate,and 965 mL ethyl oleate.The prepared suspension injection has good dispersion,good fluidity,is not easy to settle,does not block the needle,has good effect,and is convenient for clinical use.
