摘  要:为了解掌握建阳区将口镇高致病性禽流感免疫抗体效果,于2020-2023年每年5月和10月分别从建阳区将口镇随机抽取2个禽类规模场和10个散养户,共采集血清样本683份,用血凝抑制试验对H5和H7亚型禽流感抗体水平进行调查。检测结果显示,建阳区将口镇(H5+H7亚型)禽流感免疫抗体合格率2020年、2021年、2022年、2023年分别为95.4%、96.3%、97.5%、99.1%,呈现逐年上升趋势;规模场抗体合格率高于散养户;禽流感免疫抗体合格率均高于国家标准,说明免疫工作较扎实有效;禽流感免疫抗体监测为建阳区将口镇高致病性禽流感的免疫防控提供科学依据,切实保障家禽养殖业健康发展和公共卫生安全。To understand and master the immune antibody efficacy of highly pathogenic avian influenza in Jiangkou town,Jianyang district,Between 2020 and 2023,two large-scale poultry farms and 10 free range households were randomly selected from Jiangkou town in Jianyang district in May and October each year,a total of 683 serum samples were collected,and the levels of H5 and H7 subtypes of avian influenza antibodies were investigated using hemagglutination inhibition tests.The test results show that the qualified rates of avian influenza(H5+H7 subtype)immune antibodies in Jiangkou town,Jianyang district were 95.4%,96.3%,97.5%,and 99.1%in 2020,2021,2022,and 2023,respectively,showing an increasing trend year by year;The qualified rate of antibodies in large-scale farms is higher than that in free range households;The qualification rate of avian influenza immune antibodies is higher than the national standard,indicating that the immunization work is relatively solid and effective;Monitoring the immune antibodies against avian influenza provides a scientific basis for the immune prevention and control of highly pathogenic avian influenza in Jiangkou town,Jianyang district,effectively ensuring the healthy development of poultry breeding industry and public health safety.
