摘 要:浮选机是浮选过程中的核心设备,浮选机设计是否合理、浮选机工作参数是否最佳,是决定精矿指标的关键因素之一。气泡作为浮选的核心因素,对浮选具有重要影响。当前针对浮选机的研究主要集中在气泡和颗粒的浮选动力学特性、内流场数值模拟以及气泡的输运、结构的优化设计和放大设计等方面,对于浮选机内气泡分布和相互作用微观机理的研究还不够深入。以KYF-0.2 m3型浮选机作为研究对象,建立单气泡分析模型,采用VOF方法对浮选机内气泡在流场和叶轮作用下的破碎过程进行了模拟,并分析了不同气泡初始位置对气泡破碎行为的影响。通过分析发现,流场扰动是气泡发生破碎的主要原因,气泡在叶轮区域和定子区域都会发生破碎,但主要破碎区域发生在定子附近。在初始时刻气泡会随叶轮的转动在离心力和流体流动的作用下沿着叶轮壁面向外侧运动,在叶轮区域气泡会发生初步的破碎。当气泡运动到叶轮和定子交接的区域,由于定子的作用以及流场的扰动作用,气泡会脱离叶轮的壁面在定子区域发生充分的破碎。气泡初始位置越靠近叶轮盖板受叶轮的影响越大,气泡分布越均匀,气泡的破碎效果也越好,越远离叶轮盖板气泡受流体流动的影响越大,受叶轮的影响较小,气泡的分布越不均匀,破碎效果也较差。Flotation machine is the core equipment in flotation process,whether the flotation machine design is reasonable and whether the flotation machine working parameters are the best is one of the key factors to determine the concentrate indices.As the core factor of flotation,bubble has an important effect on flotation.At present,the research on the flotation machine mainly focuses on the flotation dynamic characteristics of bubbles and particles,the numerical simulation of internal flow field,the transport of bubbles,the optimization design of structure and the amplification design,etc.The research on the distribution of bubbles in the flotation machine and the microscopic interaction mechanism of bubbles are not thoroughly.KYF-o.2 m'flotation machine is taken as the research object,a single bubble analysis model is established,the VOF method is adopted to simulate the crushing process of bubbles in the flotation machine under the action of flow field and impeller,and the influence of different initial positions of bubbles on the bubble crushing behavior is analyzed.Through analysis,it can be found that the flow field disturbance is the main reason for the bubble breakage,and the bubble breakage occurs in both the impeller region and the stator region,but the main breaking up region occurs near the stator.At the initial time,the bubbles will move along the impeller wall outwards under the action of centrifugal force and fluid flow with the rotation of the impeller,and the bubbles will initially break in the impeller region.When the bubble moves to the intersection area of the impeller and the stator,the bubble will break away from the wall of the impeller in the stator area,due to the action of the stator and the disturbance of the flow field.The initial position of the bubbles is closer to the impeller cover,the influence to the bubbles is greater,the distribution of bubbles is more uniform,and the crushing effect of bubbles is better.The bubbles are away from the impeller cover,the influence of fluid flow is great
