摘 要:哈萨克斯坦肯基亚克油田盐上斜坡带二叠系砂岩油藏主力储层埋深900~1350 m,原始地层压力系数1.0左右,储层温度25~35℃。由于油藏为高角度单斜油藏,邻井同层连通性差,且油藏南北跨距小,不具备注水开发井网部署条件,区内油井投产后一直采用衰竭式开采,目前地层压力系数已降至0.61左右,单井产能已低至2~5 t/d。为探索加砂压裂技术在该类油藏的适应性,针对低温、低压油藏压裂压裂液破胶难度大、压后返排困难等技术难题,开展了加砂压裂措施增产潜力分析、低温破胶压裂液体系评价优选、低压油藏压后排液工艺优化等室内研究,并将研究成果于Kxxx9井开展了首口井应用,压裂增产倍数达到8倍以上,措施效果显著,为低温低压油藏开发提供了新的技术思路。The main reservoir depth of Permian sandstone reservoir in upper salt slope of Kenkiyak Oilfield in Kazakhstan is 900 m~1350 m,the original formation pressure coefficient is about 1.0,and the temperature of the reservoir is about 25℃~35℃.Due to the fact that the reservoir belongs to a high angle monoclinic reservoir,with poor connectivity between adjacent wells for the same layers and small north-south span of the reservoir,and then the deployment conditions of water injection development pattern are not available.The oil wells in the block have been exploited in a mode of depletion after putting into production,without water injection and other measures,the formation pressure coefficient has been reduced to about 0.61,average single well production has been as low as 2~5 t/d.In order to explore the adaptability of fracturing technology,aiming at the technical problems such as the difficulty of fracturing gel breaking and flow-back after fracturing operations,the analysis of production increase potential of sand fracturing measures,the optimal evaluation of easy breaking and flow-back fracturing fluid system were carried out indoors,and the first well application was carried out in well Kxxx9,and the production was increased by more than 8 times.The effect of these measures was great,which provided a new technical idea for the development of reservoir.
