摘　　要：ISHPINGO区块位于厄瓜多尔Oriente盆地东部,属于中高孔、高渗边底水油藏。该区块生产套管固井具有地层流体防窜难度大、井壁泥饼难以清除、油层顶界离上层套管脚近、环空间隙窄、井斜大等难点;固井结束后4~5 d进行投产,对井筒完整性要求较高。针对前期产层段固井质量问题,通过引入触变剂、胶乳、优选膨胀剂、优化水泥浆性能等措施调配出适合该区块的产层套管水泥浆,该水泥浆具有静胶凝早期强度高、发展快、过渡时间短、抗压强度高、微膨胀等特性;同时,使用多效前置液体系、旋转水泥头、旋转浮鞋等固井工艺,形成适合ISHPINGO区块的配套固井工艺,2022年在ISHPINGO区块完成6井次产层套管固井作业,固井质量合格率100%,全井段优质率85%以上4口井。该固井方案可有效解决ISHPINGO区块产层段固井质量问题,确保井筒完整性,满足后续射孔、开采要求,对缩短建井周期和类似产层套管固井作业具有重要意义。The ISHPINGO block is located in the east of the Oriente Basin,Ecuador.It is a medium-high porosity and high-permeability reservoir with edge-bottom water.The cementing of production casing in this block has the characteristics of great difficulty in preventing stratum fluid from channeling,in removing mud cake of borehole wall,close distance between top boundary of oil layer and upper casing foot,narrow annular gap,high well inclination,etc.At the same time,the production starts 4-5 days after finishing the cementing,which requires high wellbore integrity.Aiming at the problems of early pay zone,by introducing thixotropic agent,latex,optimizing expansion agent and the performance of cement slurry,etc.,the cement slurry suitable for this block is formulated,which has the characteristics of high static gel strength of early stage,rapid development,short transition time,high compressive strength and micro-expansion.Meanwhile,the matching cementing technology suitable for ISHPINGO block is formed by using the multi-effect pre-liquid system,rotating cement head,rotating float shoes cementing technology etc.In 2022,the casing cementing operation of 6 wells in the ISHPINGO block was completed,the cementing quality qualification rate was 100%,and the whole well interval quality rate was above 85%in 4 wells.This cementing program can effectively solve the problem of cementing quality of the pay zone in ISHPINGO block,ensure wellbore integrity,meet the requirements of subsequent perforation and production,and is of great significance to shorten the well construction cycle and casing cementing operations in the similar production zone.
