摘  要:针对铸造仿真标准体系不完善、产业配套性差、难以支撑铸造工艺仿真技术应用等问题,开展铸造工艺仿真标准化研究,研究给出铸造工艺仿真环境要求、工作内容、工作流程和仿真结果应用等技术要求,为企业铸造工艺仿真提供规范与指导,并以高锰钢辙叉的铸造过程为例验证铸造工艺仿真标准的正确性与适用性。Aiming at the problems such as imperfection of casting simulation standard system,poor industrial compatibility and dificulty in supporting the application of casting process simulation technology,this paper carried out the research on the standardization of casting process simulation.The technical requirements of foundry process simulation environment,work content,work flow and application of simulation results were studied,which provided specifications and guidance for foundry process simulation in enterprises.Finally,the correctness and applicability of casting process simulation standards were verified by using the casting process of high manganese steel crossings.
