摘  要:工程装备大量应用了各种嵌入式控制器、传感器与智能化部件,电子系统、液压系统和机械系统的耦合程度大大提高,导致其故障检测、诊断与维修保障的难度增大。装备使用维修人员不易掌握电液系统的工作原理、故障特点与发生机理,在装备出现故障后难于及时准确地判断和修复故障。本文探索应用嵌入式技术和总线技术,设计和开发工程装备电控系统的故障检测装置,选用Kvaser双通道CAN分析仪采集装备的CAN总线信号,利用LabVIEW语言开发故障检测软件,识别和诊断装备电控单元的故障状态,进行故障的报警、存储及趋势分析和预测。研究成果对提高装备维修保障人员的技术水平有重要的实用意义和显著的军事经济价值。A large number of embedded controllers,sensors and intelligent components are used in engineering equipment,and the coupling degree of electronic system,hydraulic system and mechanical system is greatly improved,which leads to the difficulty of fault detection,diagnosis and maintenance support.It is difficult for equipment maintenance personnel to master the working principle,fault characteristics and occurrence mechanism of the electro-hydraulic system,and it is difficult to judge and repair the fault in time and accurately after the equipment fails.This paper explores the application of embedded technology and bus technology to design and develop the fault detection device of the electronic control system of engineering equipment.Kvaser dual-channel CAN analyzer is selected to collect the CAN bus signal of the equipment,and LabVIEW language is used to develop fault detection software to identify and diagnose the fault state of the electronic control unit of the equipment.Fault alarm,storage,trend analysis and prediction.The research results have important practical significance and significant military and economic value for improving the technical level of equipment maintenance support personnel.
