摘  要:核电站机组现场标牌种类繁多,包括安全警示标牌、厂房标牌、设备标牌等。这些标牌的尺寸也各不相同。标牌的制作方式主要有塑料双色板雕刻成型和金属丝印/蚀刻/雕刻成型。然而,由于核电站机组环境的特殊性,标牌常常面临老化变形、腐蚀、破碎等问题,需要进行更换。而新的标牌制作需要一定的时间,通常从发现问题到新的标牌到货往往要经过1~2周时间。在此期间,为了暂时解决标识问题,核电站常常使用纸质的临时标识。然而,纸质标牌容易受到脏污、破损、遗失等情况的影响,给标识管理工作带来了一定的困扰,能不能发明一种核电站标牌制作小型流水线装置解决此问题呢?作者通过组建团队研发出一种小型流水线装置,实现标牌的快速就地生产,跳过临时纸质标牌,直接生产正式标牌,即做即装,大大减少标牌生产到手的中间时间,提高标牌管理效率。There are many types of on-site signs for nuclear power plant units,including safety warning signs,plant signs,equipment signs,etc.These signs also vary in size.The production methods of signs are mainly plastic two-color plate engraving molding and metal screen printing/etching/engraving molding.However,due to the particularity of the environment of nuclear power plant units,signs are often faced with aging deformation,corrosion,fragmentation and other problems,and need to be replaced.The production of new signs takes a certain amount of time,usually from the discovery of problems to the arrival of new signs often after 1-2 weeks.In the meantime,in order to temporarily solve the identification problem,nuclear power plants often use paper temporary signs.However,paper signs are susceptible to dirt,damage,loss,etc.,which has brought some troubles to the sign management work.Can we invent a small assembly line device for making nuclear power plant signs to solve this problem?By forming a team,the author developed a small assembly line device to achieve rapid local production of signs,skip temporary paper signs,direct production of formal signs,that is,to do the installation,greatly reducing the intermediate time of sign production to hand,improve the efficiency of sign management.
