摘 要:聚焦老年人外出购物不便的问题,以用户需求为导向,推导产品功能,进行产品设计实践,为老年人“购物+助行”产品的功能设计提供方法参考。首先由市场调研获取用户需求及其权重,采用KJ法得出相应的产品技术特性,从而构建QFD需求质量屋;再通过TRIZ理论判断技术特性之间的冲突类型,寻找对应发明原理转化并解决冲突。最终实现需求功能转化,进行功能定义后开展设计实践,设计一款老年“购物+助行”产品并验证其可行性。Focusing on the inconvenience of elderly people going out for shopping,guided by user needs,this study deduces product functions and conducts product design practice,providing method references for the functional design of elderly people's"shopping+mobility assistance"products.Firstly,user needs and their weights are obtained through market research,and the corresponding product technical characteristics are obtained using the KJ method to construct the QFD demand quality house;Then use TRIZ theory to determine the types of conflicts between technical characteristics,search for corresponding invention principles to transform and resolve conflicts.The ultimate goal is to achieve functional transformation of requirements,define functions,and carry out design practice to design an elderly"shopping+mobility assistance"product and verify its feasibility.
