摘  要:从用户需求出发,对车载三角警示器进行功能优化设计,降低二次事故的发生概率。本文将通过基于使用者视角的KJ法和AHP层次分析法构建驾乘人员使用本产品的需求清单并计算得出需求指标权重值。通过基于观察者视角的AEIOU-BGE模型分析用户的行为特征,提取需求并总结设计要素。接着为以上两种视角下得出的用户需求匹配适合的正向、负向参数,并通过TRIZ矛盾矩阵为产品筛选合适的发明原理用于功能优化,提升设计过程的科学性和严谨性。最终通过车载三角警示器设计实践为产品开发提供借鉴。Starting from the needs of users,the function optimization design of the vehicle triangular warning is carried out to reduce the probability of secondary accidents.In this paper,the KJ method and Analystic Hierarchy Process based on the user's perspective are used to construct the demand list of drivers and passengers using this product,and the weight value of the demand index is calculated.The AEIOU-BGE model based on the observer's perspective analyzes the user's behavior characteristics,extracts the requirements and summarizes the design elements.Then,the user needs obtained from the above two perspectives are matched with suitable positive and negative parameters,and the appropriate invention principles are selected for functional optimization through the TRIZ contradiction matrix,so as to improve the scientificity and rigor of the design process.Finally,the design practice of vehicle triangular warning is used to provide reference for product development.
