摘 要:在电梯运行过程中,时常遇到电梯制动设备失去应有作用,导致出现严重的电梯安全事故。而电梯性能测试作为电梯质量检测的重要手段,注重检测电梯制动距离值和综合数据,为了保证测试指标和数据的准确性,工作人员要选择合理的试验检测方法,提高检验效果。基于此,本文通过分析试验目标,积极引进先进的制动距离测定方法,明确常用检测方法的优缺点,结合实际测试要求,提出新型的制动距离检测方法。In the process of elevator operation,it often encounters the elevator braking equipment to lose its due role,resulting in serious elevator safety accidents.As an important means of elevator quality inspection,the elevator performance test pays attention to the detection of the elevator braking distance value and comprehensive data.In order to ensure the accuracy of the test indicators and data,the staff should choose a reasonable test and testing method to improve the inspection effect.Based on this,this paper analyzes the test objectives,actively introduces advanced braking distance measurement method,clarifies the advantages and disadvantages of commonly used detection methods,and combines with the actual test requirements,and puts forward a new braking distance detection method.
