摘  要:本文以某型伺服蜗轮壳体零件作为研究对象,结合当前薄壁零件领域内国内外加工工艺分析现状,建立了零件铣削的仿真模型,对该零件的加工方法和加工工艺进行分析,制定了该零件数控铣削加工方案,通过仿真分析和实验切削验证最优工艺参数。研究表明,该工艺方法可以实现蜗轮壳体的高效高精密加工,在蜗轮壳体单件生产中获得良好的加工效果。This article takes a certain type of servo worm gear housing part as the research object,combines the current domestic and foreign machining process analysis status in the field of thin-walled parts,establishes a simulation model for part milling,analyzes the machining method and process of the part,formulates a numerical control milling machining plan for the part,and verifies the optimal process parameters through simulation analysis and experimental cutting.Research has shown that this process method can achieve efficient and high-precision machining of worm gear shells,and achieve good machining results in single piece production of worm gear shells.
