煤矿刮板运输机驱动系统发展趋势研究

摘  要:煤矿综采工作面刮板运输机的动力系统主要有工频驱动、变频驱动、永磁同步驱动、永磁半直驱,这几种驱动系统有着各自的特点,承前接后逐步发展而来,在国内井工作业场所中均有应用。本文就以上四类驱动系统的工作原理及特点展开论述,探讨其优缺点和适应情况,同时将当前业内正在逐步推广的永磁半直驱系统进行了阐述,分析表明当下及未来一段时期内井工煤矿综采工作面刮板运输机动力系统将向着集成化、小型化和智能化趋势发展。The power systems of the scraper conveyor in coal mine fully mechanized mining face mainly include power frequency drive,frequency conversion drive,permanent magnet synchronous drive,and permanent magnet semi direct drive.These drive systems have their own characteristics and have gradually developed from previous to later,and are applied in domestic mining workplaces.This article discusses the working principles and characteristics of the four types of drive systems mentioned above,explores their advantages,disadvantages,and adaptability.At the same time,it elaborates on the permanent magnet semi direct drive system that is gradually being promoted in the industry.The analysis shows that the power system of the scraper conveyor in the fully mechanized mining face of underground coal mines will develop towards integration,miniaturization,and intelligence in the current and future period.
