摘 要:航天低温管路指的是用来输送液氢、液氧以及液氮的管路系统。硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料(PUR)和柔性泡沫橡塑作为保冷材料常用于液氧和液氮低温管路系统。针对航天低温管路使用PUR保冷材料出现的问题,通过对比试验提出了聚异氰脲酸酯(PIR)保冷材料替代PUR保冷材料的可行性及优势,并阐述了PIR保冷材料施工工艺。保冷材料在低温管路上使用需要合理设计和选择,并且满足相关标准规范,对工程应用具有指导意义。Aerospace cryogenic pipeline is the pipeline system which is used to transport liquid hydrogen,liquid oxygen and liquid nitrogen.Rigid polyurethane foam(PUR)and flexible foam rubber are commonly used as cold insulation material in cryogenic piping systems of liquid oxygen and liquid nitrogen.In order to solve the problems of PUR insulation material used in aerospace cryogenic pipeline,the feasibility and advantage of replacing PUR insulation material with polyisocyanate(PIR)insulation material are put forward by contrast test,and the construction technology of PIR insulation material is described.It is necessary to design and select the cold insulation material reasonably and meet the relevant standards and specifications in the application of cryogenic pipeline.
