摘　　要：建筑工程施工过程中,多个因素可能导致其出现渗漏水问题,影响建筑使用寿命、使用价值,需要加以重视、寻求控制。以建筑工程渗漏原因与危害为切入点,在此基础上,对建筑工程防水施工技术应用方式进行论述,包括屋顶防水施工、墙面防水施工、地下室防水施工等,最后从共性角度出发,探讨建筑工程防水施工技术应用要点,为后续建筑工程防水工作提供少许参考。During the construction process of a building project,multiple factors may lead to water leakage prob-lems,affecting the service life and value of the building.It is necessary to pay attention to and seek control.Starting from the causes and hazards of leakage in construction projects,this paper discusses the application methods of wa-terproofing construction technology in construction projects,including roof waterproofing construction,wall water-proofing construction,basement waterproofing construction,etc.Finally,from a common perspective,the key points of waterproofing construction technology application in construction projects are discussed,providing some reference for subsequent waterproofing work in construction projects.
