摘 要:含重金属元素的废水是一种难以处理且对环境污染程度较高的工业废水。以含有Fe、Co、Mn、Ag等重金属离子的模拟废水为研究对象,采用先添加絮凝剂化学絮凝,再通过活性炭过滤的方法进行处理,并研究了活性炭种类、pH、硼酸含量对模拟废水中重金属元素去除效率的影响。实验结果表明活性炭颗粒越细、碘值越低对重金属的去除效果越好;该絮凝剂可以在较宽pH范围内和较高浓度硼酸存在下使用。化学絮凝+活性炭吸附过滤法对于含重金属元素工业废水的处理是一种既经济又高效的方法。Heavy metal-containing wastewater is a type of industrial effluent that is difficult to treat and causes significant environmental contamination.The approach of introducing flocculants for chemical flocculation and then filtering via activated carbon was utilized to treat simulated wastewater containing heavy metal ions such as Fe,Co,Mn,Ag,and others.The effects of activated carbon types and pH on heavy metal element removal efficiency in simulated wastewater were investigated.The experimental results showed that the finer the activated carbon particles and the lower the iodine value,the better the heavy metal removal effect;this flocculant may be used throughout a wide pH range and in the presence of high boric acid concentrations.The chemical flocculation and activated carbon adsorption filtration method is a cost-effective and efficient approach for treating heavy metal-containing industrial wastewater.
